Consumer, personal, or residential mortgage enquiries are not supported.

3. No Guarantee of Funding

Capital availability does not mean funding certainty.

You acknowledge that:

  • Early structure does not guarantee lender approval

  • Market conditions, credit policy, valuation, and risk appetite may change

  • Indicative feedback is not a commitment or offer

No representation is made that any transaction will complete.

4. Advisory Scope and Limitations

Advice provided:

  • Is based on information supplied by you and third parties

  • Relates to capital structure, sequencing, and lender positioning

  • Is commercial in nature and not legal, tax, or accounting advice

You are responsible for obtaining independent legal, tax, valuation, and professional advice.

5. Confidentiality

All non-public information shared during a review or engagement is treated as confidential and used solely for:

Confidentiality does not apply to information that:

  • Is publicly available

  • Was already lawfully known

  • Must be disclosed by law or regulation
